A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRAND PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER
  • you’ll be part of a team that works together to produce awesome visuals for inVue’s offline and online channels
  • you will photograph, and provide photographic direction and support for major and minor brand initiatives, including print media, brand collateral, event coverage (to name a few)
  • You’ll film and curate content across our social channels that is engaging and compelling
  • you live in a fast-paced environment, where assets are in high-demand
  • you’re a leader in your field, and are passionate about providing direction
  • you are able to interpret ideas/stories through original and emotive images
  • you produce high quality photos to (sometimes) tight deadlines and brief/concept specifications
  • 50% of your job will have a video focus and 50% will have a photography focus. You produce high quality work in both areas of film and photography.




WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE IN YOU:
  • you have 3-5 years of experience behind the camera, capturing incredible action, sports, and related lifestyle imagery/film
  • you have experience in film, and love curating for social. From film to edit, you love every minute.
  • you are a creative soul who loves working closely with others as a team
  • you’re very comfortable working with light, both natural and artificial
  • you understand the principles of composition & have an appreciation of shape, form, colour and tone
  • you are a genius in adobe lightroom, premier, photoshop – the list goes on!
  • you love to communicate your ideas and give direction to others, and you can also take direction from others
  • you can capture within and without a brief, you are ready to hit the button at any time.
  • you are solutions-focused, and quick problem solving is part of your DNA
  • you enjoy being in and out of the office, and traveling for work from time-to-time
  • you have strong communication and people skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for gathering and tracking communication between internal teams and prioritising requests/tasks
  • Daily duties include managing approval routings, creation of content/launch calendars and communication with internal/external teams.
  • Ensure that all departments are on track with the agreed timeline and that the influencers brand launches on time and on budget
  • Contribute creative ideas to the Relationship Managers and Marketing team
  • Ability to create and manage launch events
  • Other diversified tasks from time to time
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE IN YOU:
  • Ability to communicate quickly and concisely in both verbal and written communication
  • "Can Do" attitude is key for all levels of tasks is essential
  • Organised, with the flexibility to jump in as needed and pivot quickly without panic.
  • Interact closely with direction from the social and communications team
  • Ability to be a creative thinker and contribute ideas is important
  • Proven experience in marketing, social media, and/or project management is important
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Fashion is preferred
  • Photoshop and/or Adobe illustrator is a plus
  • Background working with an ecommerce business is also a plus

You are a leader when it comes to both creative ideas, media execution and people and are obsessed with finding innovative ways of storytelling - you’re our new Social Media Manager. We’re looking for a visionary in the digital space that can eventually lead a team and drive a strategy in order to bring our community, culture and product to life across our social media channels. You are deeply connected to the latest trends, pop culture and are a sponge for what’s going on in the world around you. You surround yourself with likeminded people and support us in building out a network of amazing humans to be in relationship with. You report to our Creative Director and work closely with all of our digital marketing teams to develop the overall content strategy.

YOUR CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • You lead and spearhead the strategy, ideation and development of content across all of our branded social media channels globally
  • Lead innovation and forward-thinking ideas around community growth and engagement
  • You work with our marketing team and social media influencers to create and execute our social media ideas and strategies.
  • You capture, measure and are accountable for reporting on the success of your team’s work and key KPI’s
  • You research trends, emerging markets and implement emerging technology and opportunities to innovate in the space
  • You are accountable for consistently growing our online community and elevating the content and storytelling all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • You support our influencer program and work cross-functionally with PR
  • You evaluate and manage external vendors for social media campaigns, tools and platforms for the business
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • 3-7 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience, social media management and strategy experience with a global brand preferred
  • 5-7 years advanced knowledge and experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat etc
  • Understanding and experience working in international markets and relevant channels ex: Naver, WeChat, Weibo, etc
  • Creative chops – you know how to lead and deliver quality content is essential
  • Experience in crisis management and/or public relations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent work experience
  • Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Hands on experience using management and analytics tools, including Sprinklr, Omniture, Curalate, Simply Measured or comparative platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience reporting on analytics & delivering to KPI’s
  • Ability to work some weekends from home
